摘　　要：推动海南自贸港教育对外开放,不仅是我国坚持对外开放基本国策的内在要求,更是世界高等教育改革的大势所趋,对海南自贸港建设具有重要意义。可以通过利用中央政府授予的先行先试政策,大胆试,大胆闯;吸引全球顶尖人才,实施“候鸟型”人才引进机制;服务产业需求,加快配套设施建设;建设国际教育创新岛,成立国家教育创新发展实验区;打造“21世纪海上丝绸之路”教育新航标;开展留学生教育,打造“留学海南”品牌等对策推动海南自贸港教育对外开放。Promoting the opening of education in Hainan Free Trade Port is not only an inherent requirement of my country’s adherence to the basic national policy of opening up to the outside world,but also the general trend of the world’s higher education reform,which is of great significance to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.It is possible to take advantage of the pilot and pilot policy granted by the central government to make bold experiments and bold efforts;attract top talents from around the world and implement a“migratory bird”talent introduction mechanism;serve the needs of the industry and speed up the construction of supporting facilities;build an international education innovation island and establish a national education system.Innovate and develop the experimental area;create a new beacon for education on the“21st Century Maritime Silk Road”;carry out education for international students,and create a brand of“study in Hainan”to promote the opening of Hainan Free Trade Port education to the outside world.
