我国上市公司高管学历特征与企业研发人员待遇水平关系研究  

A Study on the Relationship Between the Characteristics of Executive Education and the Remuneration Level of R&D Personnel in Listed Companies in China

摘  要:研发投入是支撑企业进行创新的重要基础,而企业研发人员工资是研发投入的重要内容,其高低直接影响着企业创新质量和效率。从高管学历特征角度入手研究其与公司研发人员待遇水平的关系,通过对2019年沪深上市公司相关数据进行实证测算,发现总经理学历水平显著影响研发人员薪酬待遇。总体来看,学历越高,研发人员薪酬待遇越高,其中总经理为硕士学历水平的上市公司研发人员薪酬待遇最高,而董事长学历水平对企业研发人员待遇水平影响并不明显。Research and development investment is an important basis to support enterprise innovation,and the salary of enterprise research and development personnel is an important content of research and development investment,and its level directly affects the quality and efficiency of enterprise innovation.From the perspective of the characteristics of executive education,this paper studies the relationship between executive education and the remuneration level of R&D personnel of the company.Through empirical calculation on the relevant data of Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies in 2019,it is found that the educational level of the general manager significantly affects the remuneration level of R&D personnel.Generally speaking,the higher the educational level,the higher the remuneration level of R&D personnel.The research and development personnel of listed companies whose general manager holds a master’s degree have the highest salary;The educational level of chairman has no obvious influence on the treatment level of enterprise R&D personnel.
