摘 要:混合式教学为公共体育课堂教学改革提供了一种延续性创新的新思路,已有的公共体育课混合式教学研究大多只是在理论层面证明其可行性,缺少具体操作和详细设计的研究。文章采用行动研究法、问卷调查法对混合式教学在高职健美操选项课中的授课过程、授课效果进行分析和反思,探讨混合式教学在健美操选项课中的优势,总结出授课流程,重点分析不同教学环节、教学活动、教学内容分配的设计带来的不同效果。以期对混合式教学改革提供理论与实践相互融合的经验借鉴。Blended teaching provides a new idea of continuous innovation for the reform of public physical education.Most of the existing research on blended teaching of public physical education is only to proves its feasibility at the theoretical level,and lacks specific operation and detailed design.This paper uses the action research method and the questionnaire survey method to analyze and reflect on the teaching process and teaching effect of the blended teaching in the aerobics elective course in higher vocational colleges,discusses the advantages of the blended teaching in the aerobics elective course,summarizes the teaching process,and focuses on analyzing the different effects brought by the design of different teaching links,teaching activities,and teaching content distribution.It is expected to provide experience and reference for the integration of theory and practice in the mixed teaching reform.
