二维D-中心临界磁场值的超球坐标方法研究

摘  要:用超球坐标数值计算近似方法解二维D-中心在磁场中的薛定锷方程,得到了基态能,计算了低激发态的束缚能同时得到了低激发态由非束缚态变为束缚态的临界磁场值.讨论了二维D-中心的光跃迁和量子阱中的D-中心等问题.计算结果与现有的理论和实验数据进行了比较.With hyperspherical coordinates aproach, a numerical procedure is proposed to solve the Schrdinger equation for the twodimensional D- center in the high magnetic fields. The energies of the ground and low excited states of twodimensional D- center at high magnetic field are presented. The binding energies of low excited states and the critical magnetic fields at which D- states changed from unbound states to bound states are presented too. The optical transition of twodimensional D- center and some properties in the quantum well are discussed. The results of our calculation compared with those obtained throungh other computationally intensive method and those obtained through experiments.
