摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱同时测定饮料中10种合成着色剂和2种工业染料的方法。方法:饮料经10%甲醇水超声提取,离心定容后进样,流动相为乙酸铵和甲醇,经ChromCore C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,梯度洗脱,在35℃柱温、1.0 mL·min^(-1)流速下,采用光电二极管阵列(Photo-Diode Array,PDA)检测器在254 nm波长处进行检测,外标法定量,14 min内可实现12种组分的分离。结果:12种组分均具有良好线性,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.20~1.00 mg·kg^(-1),平均回收率为90.73%~98.84%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=8)。结论:该方法便捷、稳定、前处理简单及回收率高,适用于饮料中10种合成着色剂和2种工业染料的同时分析检测。Objective:A method for the simultaneous determination of 10 synthetic colorants and 2 industrial dyes in beverages by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Method:The beverage was extracted by ultrasonic with 10%methanol water,centrifuged to constant volume,and then injected.The mobile phase was ammonium acetate and methanol Via ChromCore C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)chromatographic column,gradient elution,photodiode array(PDA)detector is used to detect at 254 nm wavelength under 35℃column temperature and 1.0 mL·min^(-1) flow rate,and external standard method is used for quantification.Twelve components can be separated within 14 minutes.Result:The 12 components have good linearity,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999,the detection limit is 0.25~1.00 mg·kg^(-1),the average recovery is 90.73%~98.84%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%(n=8).Conclusion:This method is convenient,stable,simple pretreatment and high recovery,and is suitable for the simultaneous analysis of 10 synthetic colorants and 2 industrial dyes in beverages.
