医患关系中的伦理问题探析

摘　　要：医患关系是在社会医疗实践活动中客观存在着的医生与患者之间相互交往的人际关系,蕴含着医生与患者之间的交往方式及其交往过程中应遵循的道德和准则,因而具有伦理的属性。医患关系中的伦理首先是以医患关系中的伦理内容为起点,不同的医患伦理关系延伸出了不同的医患关系模式;医患关系中伦理通过具有规范性的道德准则得以表现,医生应该遵循医务人员的职业道德和医德的基本道德原则;医患关系中伦理最终落实到医患之间的权利与义务中得到具体说明,医患双方的权利和义务有着法律层面的具体规定。The doctor-patient relationship is a tangible interpersonal relationship between doctors and patients of medical practice in the society,which contains the way of interaction between doctors and patients and the ethics and guidelines to be followed in the process of interaction.Thus it has ethical properties.Firstly,ethical issues in doctor-patient relationship focus on the ethical content in the doctor-patient relationship originally and different ethical relationships between physicians and patients extend to different models of doctor-patient relationship.Secondly,it is expressed through ethical codes with normative criteria,and doctors should follow the basic ethi-cal principles of professional ethics and medical ethics of medical personnel.Finally,it is explained in the rights and obligations of both doctors and patients.And these rights and obligations are regulated by law as well.
