摘　　要：随着课程改革的不断普及,立德树人成为教育领域的首要任务。当前各种社会思潮对学生的世界观、人生观、价值观产生了巨大的冲击。为了满足我国人才培养需求,保障学生的健康成长,在高职院校思想政治教育过程中教师不仅需要让学生掌握一定的理论知识,还需要始终贯彻立德树人的教育理念,将思想政治教育与立德树人深度融合,优化教学方法,提高教学质量。通过对当前思想政治教育现状进行分析,探讨了立德树人教育背景下优化高职院校思想政治教育课程的有效策略。With the popularization of curriculum reform,“building morality and cultivating talents”has become the primary task in the field of education.At present,various trends of social thoughts have had a huge impact on students’world outlook,outlook on life and values.In order to meet the needs of talent cultivation in China and ensure students’healthy growth,in the process of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,teachers not only need to help students master theoretical knowledge,but also need to implement the education concept of“building morality and cultivating talents”,and deeply integrate ideological and political education with the concept of“building morality and cultivating talents”,optimize teaching methods and improve teaching quality.This paper analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education,and discusses the effective strategies of optimizing the ideological and political education courses in higher vocational colleges under the background of“building morality and cultivating talents”.
