摘 要:针对动车组高压避雷器经常承受牵引网谐振过电压而发生烧损或炸裂等故障,开展基于谐波试验的分析和建模,探明避雷器谐波耐受特性。首先对全新和老化避雷器进行典型频率下的谐波试验,采用曲线拟合方法得出不同频率谐波电压作用下的避雷器电气特性。然后基于试验结果进行热平衡分析,得到避雷器在牵引网典型谐振工况下的极限耐受时间,老化避雷器谐振过电压耐受时间远小于新出厂避雷器。最后提出一种考虑多维度影响因素的避雷器阻性泄漏电流建模方法,并运用测试数据验证了方法的有效性和可行性,对实施车载避雷器健康监测具有积极意义。The burning and explosion faults of electric multiple units(EMU)arrester usually occur under frequent resonant overvoltage of traction networks.To solve these problem,the analysis and modeling of the arrester based on harmonic tests are carried out to explore its harmonic tolerance.Firstly,a new arrester and an aged arrester are tested under typical harmonic frequencies,and their electrical characteristics under different frequencies are obtained through curve fitting.Then,based on the tested results,the thermal balance analysis is carried out to yield the limited tolerance time of the arrester under typical resonance condition of the traction network.The tolerance time of the aged arrester is much smaller than the counterpart of the new arrester.Finally,considering multi-dimensional influencing factors,a modeling method of arrester resistive leakage current is proposed.The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are validated by tested data.The result is of certain significance to implement health monitoring.
