摘　　要：在这个信息爆炸的时代,信息传播与意见交互空前便捷,每个人都有机会成为网络信息的发布者,每个人都有选择网络信息的自由。互联网平台作为一块正在加速膨胀的思想阵地,以其虚拟性、隐蔽性、发散性、渗透性和随意性等特点,越来越成为人们表达个人想法的渠道。大学生作为网络媒介的主要参与者,受网络影响最为直接与全面,由于自身所处网络环境的日益复杂化以及网络媒介监管的缺失,在参与网络过程中,不可避免地出现了不少网络伦理失范现象问题。面对这些愈发严重失范的公共性现象,重塑与纠正大学生伦理道德失范行为,建构生态和谐的网络环境,不仅是当前高校重要网络安全课题,对维护社会稳定、促进国家稳定发展也具有重要现实意义,更是创建和谐社会的应有内涵。In this era of information explosion,the dissemination of information and the interaction of opinions are unprecedentedly convenient.Everyone has the opportunity to become a publisher of online information,and everyone has the freedom to choose online information.As a ideological front that is accelerating and expanding,the Internet platform has become more and more a channel for people to express their personal ideas due to their virtuality,concealment,divergence,permeability,and randomness.As the main participants of network media,college students are most directly and comprehensively affected by the network.Due to the increasing complexity of their own network environment and the lack of network media supervision,in the process of participating in the network,a lot of network ethics inevitably appear Phenomenon problem.In the face of these increasingly serious public phenomena,reshaping and correcting college students’ethical and moral anomie behaviors and building an ecologically harmonious network environment are not only important network security issues for colleges and universities,but also important for maintaining social stability and promoting the stable development of the country.The practical significance is also the connotation of creating a harmonious society.
