高职石油类专业“32572”铁人素质课程思政育人模式探索与实践

摘　　要：为更好地发挥高职石油类专业课程育人功能,落实立德树人根本任务,提出了课程思政育人模式设计思路,分析了建设背景、明晰了建设主体、制定了建设路径和评价方法。结合石油类专业特点和职业特征,以铁人素质培养为核心,形成了三主体、双渠道、五融入、七步法、两评价的“32572”铁人素质课程思政育人模式,经教学实践检验,育人效果显著。In order to give better play to the educational function of petroleum related professional courses in higher vocational education and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,the design idea of ideological and political education model of courses is proposed,the construction background is analyzed,the main body of ideological and political construction of courses is clarified,and the construction path and evaluation method are formulated.In combination with the characteristics of petroleum majors and occupations,the"32572"iron man quality course ideological and political education model with three subjects,two channels,five integrations,seven steps and two evaluations has been formed with the iron man quality training as the core.The teaching practice shows that the education effect is remarkable.
