摘　　要：新时代高职院校思想政治教育在正确引导学生思想并外化于行方面起着重要的作用。因此,应坚持立德树人,切实以学生发展为中心,全面了解当前学生的需求特点。以渤海船舶职业学院为例,围绕高职院校学生的具体需要,探讨完善高职院校思想政治理论教育机制的途径,从而提出较为实用的思考和建议。The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new era plays an important role in correctly guiding students'thoughts and externalizing them into practice.Therefore,it is necessary to insist on the principle of establishing morality and cultivating people,take students'development as the center,and fully understand the characteristics of current students'needs.Taking Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as an example,focusing on the specific needs of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses ways to improve the ideological and political theory education mechanism in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of needs,so as to put forward more practical thinking and suggestions.
