摘 要:为探明燕山板栗不同品种间酚类物质含量的差异,采用高效液相色谱法对燕山地区主栽品种、老品种和新品种果实不同部位(栗壳、内皮、栗仁)的单体酚种类及含量进行了研究。结果表明,在九种燕山板栗中,儿茶素与绿原酸含量较高,芦丁苷与杨梅素含量较低。通过邓肯氏新复极差测验发现:不同品种的栗壳中儿茶素、绿原酸含量存在着极显著差异,而芦丁苷、杨梅素含量不存在显著差异;不同品种的内皮中,儿茶素、绿原酸、芦丁苷、杨梅素含量均存在极显著差异;不同品种的栗仁中,儿茶素、绿原酸含量存在极显著差异,芦丁苷含量存在显著差异,而杨梅素含量不存在显著差异。In order to explore the differences in phenolic contents among different cultivars of chestnut in Yanshan region,high-performance liquid chromatography was used to study the types and concentrations of monomeric phenols in the shell,inner rind,and chestnut kernel of the main,old,and new varieties of fruit from the Yanshan region.The results showed that for the nine cultivars,the contents of catechin and chlorogenic acid were higher while the contents of rutin quercetin and myricetin were lower.By performing Duncan's new complex polar difference test,there were highly significant differences in the contents of catechin and chlorogenic acid while no significant differences in the contents of rutin quercetin and myricetin were found in the shell of different cultivars;there were highly significant differences in the contents of catechin,chlorogenic acid,rutin quercetin and myricetin in the inner skin of different cultivars;there were highly significant differences in the contents of catechin and chlorogenic acid,significant differences in the contents of rutin quercetin and no significant differences in the contents of myricetin in the kernels of different cultivars.
