摘 要:考虑内燃机发生气缸压力波动的情况下,建立内燃机曲轴主轴承热弹性流体动力润滑模型,分析单缸缸内压力正常、偏低和偏高3种工况下气缸压力波动对内燃机曲轴主轴承载荷、最大油膜压力、最小油膜厚度和轴心轨迹的影响。针对某直列四缸内燃机曲轴主轴承的研究结果表明,某一缸的缸内压力波动会导致靠近该缸的2个曲轴主轴承载荷变化明显;随着缸内压力的增大,曲轴主轴承的最大油膜压力增大,最小油膜厚度减小,轴心轨迹向外扩张,最终压力波动会影响曲轴主轴承的润滑性能和整机工作状态。Considering the cylinder pressure fluctuation of internal combustion engine,the thermoelastic hydrodynamic lubrication model of crankshaft main bearings for internal combustion engine is established,and the effects of cylinder pressure fluctuation on load,maximum oil film pressure,minimum oil film thickness and axis trajectory of the bearings under three working conditions in single cylinder,such as normal pressure,low pressure and high pressure,are analyzed.The research results on crankshaft main bearings for an in-line four cylinder internal combustion engine show that the pressure fluctuation in cylinder will lead to obvious changes in load of two crankshaft main bearings close to cylinder;with the increase of pressure in cylinder,the maximum oil film pressure of crankshaft main bearings increases,the minimum oil film thickness decreases,the axis trajectory expands outward,and the final pressure fluctuation will affect the lubrication performance of crankshaft main bearings and working state of whole machine.
