摘 要:路面结构与路基刚度匹配问题是重载交通荷载下路基长期性能保障的重要技术措施。本文结合桂武高速公路工程实例,利用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立简化的路基有限元模型,分别计算在标准轴载100kN和重载130kN、150kN、200kN下路面结构的应力和变形,并通过改变路基各结构层的模量参数,分析在不同结构层刚度组合对路面结构的影响。研究结果表明:路面弯沉及面层最大剪应力随着路基模量的增大显著减小,路基模量增大到80 MPa以后下降趋势逐渐减弱;路面弯沉及面层最大剪应力随着基层模量的增大都有不同程度的减小,当基层模量增大到一定程度时,面层最大剪应力反而随着其继续增大而呈增长的趋势;路面结构的变形和最大剪应力随着刚度匹配系数n的增大,呈先减小后增大的趋势,路基各结构层刚度在最优组合下,才能取得最大的经济效益。本文研究成果可为改进路基、路面结构的设计提供一定技术支撑。The stiffness matching between pavement structure and subgrade is animportant technical measure to ensure the long-term performance of Subgrade under heavy traffic load.Combined with the engineering example of Guiwu expressway,this paper establishes a simplified subgrade finite element model by using the general finite element analysis software ANSYS,calculates the stress and deformation of pavement structure under standard axle load of 100 kN and heavy load of 130 kN,150 kN and 200 kN,and analyzes the influence of stiffness combination of different structural layers on pavement structure by changing the modulus parameters of each structural layer of subgrade.The results show that the pavement deflection and maximum shear stress decrease significantly with the increase of subgrade modulus,and the downward trend decreases gradually after the subgrade modulus increases to 80 MPa;The pavement deflection and the maximum shear stress of the surface layer decrease in varying degrees with the increase of the base modulus.When the base modulus increases to a certain extent, the maximum shear stress of the surface layer increases with its continuous increase;The deformation and maximum shear stress of pavement structure decrease first and then increase with the increase of stiffness matching coefficient n. The maximum economic benefit can be obtained only when the stiffness of each structural layer of subgrade is combined optimally.The research results of this paper can provide some technical support forimpoving the design of subgrade and pavement structure.
