摘　　要：利用积分中值定理和积分性质,给出了第十二届全国大学生数学竞赛决赛一道试题的简单证明.Using the integral mean value theorem and properties of integral, we obtain two simple proofs for a problem in the 12 th Chinese College Student Mathematics Contests.
