摘 要:目的综合研究用户经验、交互方式、环境对用户交互表现与体验的影响,以提高人机协作的自然高效性。方法基于自主开发的多通道交互系统开展多因素重复测量实验。结果用户的交互通道选择受默认效应以及任务复杂度的影响显著。用户使用手势交互方式在实时控制任务中具有较好的任务表现。用户对手势交互方式的满意度高于对语音交互方式的满意度。结论用户对新型人机交互方式的接受程度较高,使用手势交互和语音交互方式均能完成控制任务。但手势交互方式任务表现、系统满意度均优于语音交互方式,且用户对手势交互方式有选择倾向,手势交互方式在控制动态对象任务中具有优越性。Objective In order to improve the nature and efficiency of human-machine collaboration,the present work explored how the user experience,interaction mode and environment influence the user interaction performance and experience.Methods Multi-factor repeated measurement experiment was carried out based on self-developed multi-channel control system.Results Users'choice of control channel was significantly affected by default effect and task complexity.The controller has better performance in real-time control task by gesture interaction.The degree of satisfaction for gesture control was higher than that for voice control.Conclusion Controllers can accept the new man-machine interaction,and they can use both gesture interaction and voice interaction to complete the control task.However,the task performance and system satisfaction of gesture control mode are better than that of voice control mode,and the controller has a tendency to choose gesture control mode.Gesture interaction mode has advantages in dynamic object control task.
