摘　　要：中国共产党领导下的学校体育百年发展史是一部在前进过程中不断探索、不断学习、不断创新和不断超越的奋斗史。经过百年发展中国学校体育创造了具有中国特色的学校体育发展模式、实现了中国学校体育事业的跨越式发展、建立了法治化和规范化的学校体育管理体制、书写了助力中华民族从站起来到强起来的光辉业绩。但学校体育的发展也面临一些挑战,集中反映在学校体育是整个教育事业发展中的薄弱环节,在促进学生健康成长和全面发展中作用有限,学校体育教学面临竞技化、统一化、单一化、刻板化等问题。站在新起点上展望未来,我国学校体育应矢志践行“立德树人”根本任务,推动学校体育的发展变革和价值重构;牢固树立“健康第一”教育理念,促进青少年学生身心健康的全面发展;坚决执行“四位一体”目标体系,培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人;不断完善学校体育体制机制建设,破解制约学校体育发展的难题和桎梏;着力提高学校体育资源保障水平,夯实学校体育发展的物质和人才基础;深化学校体育课程和评价改革,不断提高青少年学生的获得感和幸福感。Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the 100-year history of school physical education is a history of continuous exploration, learning, innovation and continuous transcendence. After 100 years of development, China’s school sports have created a school sports development model with Chinese characteristics, and realized the leap-forward development of China’s school physical education, the establishment of the rule of law and standardization of the school sports management system, which is of great significance in the development of China. However, the development of school physical education also faces some challenges, including that school physical education is a weak part in the education system, which plays a limited role in promoting the healthy growth and overall development of students, and that school physical education is faced with such problems as competition orientation, unification, simplification and rigidity. The paper proposes that China ’s school physical education should be committed to carrying out the basic task of “cultivating virtue” and promote the development, transformation and value reconstruction of school physical education. The paper proposes to firmly establish the educational idea of “keeping health as the priority”, to promote the comprehensive development of adolescent students’ physical and mental health, to resolutely implement the “four-in-one” target system and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors, to continuously improve the construction of school sports system and mechanism, to solve the problems restricting the development of school sports, to focus on improving the level of school sports resources security, to consolidate the material and talent foundation of school sports development, to deepen the reform of school physical education curriculum and evaluation, and to constantly improve the sense of acquisition and happiness of young students.
