摘 要:以水稻秸秆传统培养料为对照,分析桑枝屑培养料对大球盖菇生长和营养成分的影响,以期为科学高效利用桑枝屑栽培大球盖菇提供依据。结果显示,大球盖菇的出菇时间和单菇质量随培养料中桑枝屑含量的增加而减少,且均显著低于对照(P<0.001);子实体长度高于对照,但差异不显著;产量和生物学效率与对照无显著差异;子实体中氨基酸总量、锌含量均高于对照,但差异不显著,脂肪含量和铁含量显著低于对照,蛋白质含量、粗多糖含量、钙含量、钾含量和镁含量均显著高于对照;除组氨酸、赖氨酸含量显著低于对照,其他14种氨基酸含量均显著高于对照且随桑枝屑含量的增加而增加。结果表明,桑枝屑培养料不影响大球盖菇的生长、产量和生物学效率,但能提高子实体中营养成分含量,是栽培大球盖菇的优良基质。Taking the traditional substrate of rice straw as the control,the effects of substrates with mulberry sawdust on the growth and nutrient composition of Stropharia rugosoannulata were analyzed,in order to provide a basis for the scientific and efficient utilization of mulberry sawdust for cultivation of S.rugosoannulata.The results showed that the fruiting time and single fruit body weight of S.rugosoannulata decreased with the increasing content of mulberry sawdust,and were significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.001).The length of fruit body was higher than that of the control but without the significant difference.The yield and biological efficiency had no significant difference with the control.The total amino acid content and zinc content of fruit body were higher than those of the control with no significant difference.The fat content and iron content were significantly lower than those of the control.And the protein content,crude polysaccharide content,calcium content,potassium content and magnesium content were significantly higher than those of the control.Except that histidine and lysine were significantly lower than the control,the other 14 amino acids were significantly higher than the control,and increased with the increasing content of mulberry sawdust.The results displayed that substrate with mulberry sawdust not only had no effect on the growth,yield and biological efficiency of S.rugosoannulata,but also could improve the nutrient contentsin the fruit body,which was an excellent substrate for cultivation of S.rugosoannulata.
