摘  要:以大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网、5G、区块链为代表的数字技术正在与教育深度融合,档案继续教育也面临着数字化转型的挑战,进入与数字赋能、技术渗透、平台共享的融合阶段。传统的档案继续教育存在教育规模有限、网络资源缺乏、师资队伍不足、教学质量难以保障等问题,急需实现档案继续教育与数字技术的融合发展。新型能力建设是数字化转型的核心路径,文章通过重构“数字赋能教育”的新格局、搭建“线上+线下”的多元教学模式、开发“理论+实践”的数字档案资源、构建“共性+个性”的教育培训体系、强化“资源+档案”的协同管理等途径,致力提升档案人员的数字化能力与档案继续教育水平,以最大限度地实现档案价值,推动档案事业高质量发展。Digital technologies represented by big data,cloud computing, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, 5G and blockchain are being deeply integrated with education, and archival continuing education is also facing the challenge of digital transformation, and entering the stage of integration with digital empowerment, technology penetration and platform sharing. The traditional archives continuing education has some problems,such as limited education scale, lack of network resources, lack of teaching staff, and difficult to guarantee the teaching quality, so it is urgent to realize the integrated development of archives continuing education and digital technology. New ability building is the core path of digital transformation, the article through the reconstruction of "digital assign education" the new pattern, building "online and offline" multiple teaching mode, developing "theory and practice" digital archives resources, building "common and personality" education training system, strengthening the "resources and archives" collaborative management, improving archives level of continuing education.
