农村职业教育服务乡村治理的逻辑、机理与能力提升路径

摘　　要：农村职业教育有效承载和形塑了乡村治理的价值目标与行为取向,构建了乡村治理的话语基础,可以形成思想共识,同时还蕴含了乡村社会治理的内生性动力,这构成了农村职业教育服务乡村治理的内在逻辑。从内在机理来看,农村职业教育通过对乡民德性的教化来净化乡风,通过构建稳定的内在秩序来夯实乡村治理的社会基础,并通过提升乡村的组织化程度来为乡村提供可持续发展的动力保障。目前,我们需要从以下三个层面提升农村职业教育服务乡村治理的能力。一是以“服务求生存、质量促发展”重构农村职业教育理念;二是以“目标为框架、实践为指向”提升农村职业教育服务乡村治理的行动力;三是以“多方参与、协同共治”重构农村职业教育治理格局。Rural vocational education effectively conveys and shapes the value goals and behavior orientation of rural governance,constructs the discourse basis of rural governance,and can form an ideological consensus.At the same time,it also contains the endogenous power of rural social governance,which constitutes the internal logic of rural vocational education serving rural governance.From the perspective of internal mechanism,rural vocational education purifies the rural atmosphere by educating the villagers'virtue,tamps the social foundation of rural governance by building a stable internal order,and provides the powerful guarantee for sustainable development of the countryside by improving the degree of rural organization.At present,we need to improve the ability of rural vocational education to serve rural governance from the following three levels.Firstly,reshape the concept of rural vocational education with"service for survival and quality for development".Secondly,improve the action power of rural vocational education to serve rural governance with"goal as the framework and practice as the direction".Thirdly,reconstruct the governance pattern of rural vocational education by"multi participation and co⁃governance".
