摘  要:为揭示我国中小学教师教学效能感的变迁规律,本研究采用横断历史元分析的方法对42篇教师教学效能感的实证研究报告进行分析。研究发现:我国中小学教师教学效能感随改革推进呈现出逐渐提升的变迁规律。居民人均可支配收入、专任教师研究生学历比例、高级教师职称比例能正向预测教师教学效能感变迁,生师比能够显著地负向预测教学效能感的变迁。相较于小学教师,中学教师教学效能感的上升趋势更显著;与东、西部地区教师相比较,中部地区教师教学效能感水平更高。本研究分析了新课程改革以来我国中小学教师教学效能感的变迁规律及其影响因素,这为后续中小学教师教学效能感的干预调节提供了决策依据。With the deepening of the theory and practice of the new curriculum reform,the teaching efficacy of primary,middle,and high school teachers in China may change.To address this question,the study conducted a cross-temporal meta-analysis with 42 empirical studies reporting teachers’teaching efficacy since the new curriculum reform.The results found that the teaching efficacy of primary,middle,and high school teachers in China gradually improved.Per capita disposable income,the postgraduate education proportion of full-time teachers,and the professional title proportion of senior teachers had a significant positive effect on teachers’teaching efficacy,while the student-teacher ratio had a significant negative effect on teachers’teaching efficacy.Compared with primary school teachers,the uptrend of the teaching efficacy of middle and high school teachers was more significant;the score of the teaching efficacy of teachers in central region was significant higher than teachers in eastern and western regions.This research explored the changes in the teaching efficacy of primary,middle,and high school teachers in China and its influencing factors since the new curriculum reform,which provided a decision-making basis for the subsequent understanding of the changes of the teaching efficacy in China and its intervention.
