摘 要:目的 以岗位胜任力为导向,研究皮肤病与性病学专业学位研究生培养模式,为该专业的研究生培养机制提供更完善的教学方案。方法 课题的研究和实施方法采用了文献调研与考察交流、设计调查问卷及评估表还有现场调研,调查范围包括专业培训基地管理人员、皮肤性病学专业带教老师、该专业的专业型研究生(包括未毕业和已毕业的),对调研结果进行统计学分析,数据采用SPSS19.0软件,计数资料采用χ~2检验,其中P<0.05表示具有统计学意义,深入分析该专业学位硕士研究生培养质量保障体系存在的问题。结果 针对专业学位硕士研究生岗位胜任力的8个方面,专业培训基地管理人员、带教老师、研究生在基本能力和医学知识2项能力打分较高,在职业精神与素质、沟通能力、信息与管理和学术研究能力4个方面打分较低。3组人群在基本能力、职业精神与素质、沟通能力、团队合作、学术研究等方面评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过分析目前皮肤病与性病学专业学位硕士研究生培养中存在的问题,设计以岗位胜任力为导向的研究生培养新模式,进一步完善其教学质量评价体系,提高了研究生的岗位胜任力。Objective To study the training mechanism of postgraduates majoring in dermatology and venereology with the guidance of post competency, so as to provide a more perfect training scheme for the training mechanism of postgraduates majoring in dermatology and venereology.Methods The overall research and implementation methods include literature research, investigation and communication, questionnaire design, evaluation form and on-the-spot investigation.The scope of investigation includes professional training base managers, dermatology and venereology teachers, and professional postgraduates(including those who have not graduated and those who have graduated),SPSS19.0 software was used for the data, and χ~2 test was used for the count data, in which P<0.05 means that there is statistical significance.The problems existing in the quality assurance system of the professional degree postgraduate training were analyzed in depth.Results According to the eight aspects of post competency of professional degree postgraduates, professional training base managers, teaching teachers and postgraduates scored higher in basic ability and medical knowledge, and lower in professionalism and quality, communication ability, information and management and academic research ability.There were significant differences in basic ability, professionalism and quality, communication ability, teamwork, academic research and other aspects among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in dermatology and venereology, a new training mode of postgraduates oriented by post competency is designed to further improve the teaching quality evaluation system and improve the post competency of postgraduates.
