基于ESI和Incites的学科建设分析——以盐城工学院为例

摘　　要：文章基于ESI、Incites和Web of Science数据库中盐城工学院近11年(2011—2021)的数据,从论文总量、被引频次、学科排名、二级学院贡献度、期刊分布等数据分析盐城工学院的学科建设状况和科研竞争力水平。根据分析结果从论文质量、国际合作、研究热点和人才引进培养等方面,对盐城工学院的学科建设提出了建议,以期为盐城工学院ESI学科建设提供新思路。Based on the ESI,Incites and Web of Science databases of the Yancheng Institute of Technology for nearly 11 years (2011—2021),this paper analyzes the status of discipline construction and scientific research competitiveness level of Yancheng Institute of Technology from the data of total number of papers,citation frequency,discipline ranking,contribution degree of secondary college,journal distribution and so on.According to the analysis result,it proposes suggestions on the discipline construction of Yancheng Institute of Technology from the aspects of paper quality,international cooperation,research hotspots,talent introduction and training and so on,so as to provide new ideas for the discipline construction of ESI of Yancheng Institute of Technology.
