职业教育助力乡村人才振兴的方法探究

摘　　要：近些年,乡村振兴越来越被重视,乡村振兴的关键是人才,作为与社会实践联系最紧密的职业教育,其在乡村人才振兴中发挥极其重要的作用。该文从职业教育助力乡村人才振兴的现状着手,对职业教育助力乡村人才振兴的方法进行探究,并在此基础上,提出“四位一体”实施职业教育助力乡村人才振兴模式。In recent years,rural revitalization has been paid more and more attention.Talents are the key to rural revitalization.As vocational education,which is most closely related to social practice,it plays an important role in the revitalization of rural talents.Starting with the present situation that vocational education promotes the revitalization of rural talents,this paper probes into the methods of vocational education promoting the revitalization of rural talents,and on this basis,puts forward the"four-in-one"mode of implementing vocational education to help rural talents.
