摘 要:校长是落实立德树人根本任务和培养社会主义建设者和接班人的核心执行者,其专业能力与行为是影响教育高质量发展的重要因素。基于校长视角的调查研究显示,初中校长专业能力与行为的自我诊断总体发展水平较高,其中营造育人文化、优化内部管理的能力最强,规划学校发展、领导课程教学和引领教师专业成长的能力发展水平处于中等,调试外部环境的能力相对偏弱。差异分析结果显示,女校长的专业能力高于男校长,60岁以上校长的专业能力最强,任现职11~15年的校长自我评价最低,学历不是影响校长专业能力的主要因素,城区和郊区校长的专业能力存在显著差异。对此,建议科学制订和落实发展规划,建立促进教师专业发展的激励机制,形成多方协商制度,采取行动研究方式不断完善校长专业能力与行为,进而促进学校发展。The principal is the core executor to carry out the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivate people and train the socialist builders and successors.The principal’s professional ability and behavior is an important factor affecting the high-quality development of education.According to the survey from the perspective of principals,the overall development level of the self-diagnosis of professional competence and behavior of junior high school principals is relatively high,among which the ability to create a culture of education and optimize internal management is the strongest,the ability to plan school development,lead curriculum teaching and lead teachers’professional growth is in the middle and basically equivalent,and the ability to adjust the external environment is relatively weak.The results of the difference analysis show that the professional ability of female principals is higher than that of male principals,the professional ability of principals over 60 is the strongest,and the self-evaluation of principals who have been in their current position for 11 to 15 years is the lowest.The educational background is not an important factor affecting the professional ability of principals,and there are significant differences between urban and suburban principals in various aspects of professional ability.Research suggests:formulate and implement the development plan scientifically,establish an incentive mechanism to promote the professional development of teachers,form a multi-party negotiation system,and take action research methods to constantly improve the professional ability and behavior of principals,so as to promote the development of schools.
