摘  要:目的 分析中老年人群食物营养素摄入情况,探讨膳食与肌少症发生的关系。方法 选取在体检中心及营养科门诊就诊的≥45岁患者254名,分为肌少症组和对照组(非肌少症),用24 h膳食回顾法记录研究对象的膳食情况,采用营养评价软件(NCCW MX1)分析比较两组人群在食物、能量及各种营养素摄入方面的差异。结果 调查肌少症组129人,其中严重肌少症16人(占12.4%),对照组125人。肌少症组谷类、蔬菜、水果、鱼虾、蛋类摄入量均低于对照组(P值均<0.05),能量、蛋白质、动物性蛋白来源、非优蛋白来源、碳水化合物、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素PP、钾、镁、铁、锰、磷、膳食纤维摄入量也均低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论 中老年肌少症人群膳食摄入不均衡,能量、蛋白质、多种维生素及矿物质摄入量均低于同龄正常人群,应加强对该人群的健康宣教,改变其不良的饮食习惯,以延缓肌少症的发生与发展。Objective To investigate the intake of food nutrients in the middle-aged and elderly population;to explore the relationship between diet and the occurrence of sarcopenia. Methods A total of 254 patients(older than 45 years) who visited the Physical Examination Center and Nutrition Department of The First People′s Hospital of Yancheng, who were divided into sarcopenia group and the norma control group.The 24 h dietary review method was used to record the dietary situation, and the nutritional evaluation software(NCCW MX1) was used to analyze and compare the difference of nutrient intake between 2 groups. Results Among the subjects, 129 patients were in the sarcopenia group, 16 patients were in the severe sarcopenia group(accounted for 12.4%) and 125 subjects were in the control group.The intakes of cereals, vegetables, fruits, fish/shrimp, eggs in the sarcopenia group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The intakes of energy protein, animal protein, non-high quality protein, carbohydrates, vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin PP,potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese,phosphorus and dietary fiber in the sarcopenia group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The dietary intake of middle-aged and elderly people with sarcopenia is uneven, and the intakes of energy, protein, vitamins and minerals are lower than that of normal control group of the same age.The health promotion should be strengthened and to change eating habits, in order to delay the occurrence and development of sarcopenia in the middle-aged and old population.
