摘  要:在变转速的工况下,针对传统的信号处理方法无法准确地确定电机轴承故障部位这一难题,提出并研究无转速计阶比分析方法.通过对所采集的故障信号进行短时傅里叶变换、转速追踪间接得到电机故障轴承的转速信号,完成转速信号的提取过程并进行阶比分析,得到轴承故障诊断结果.结果表明:该方法可以有效地对电机轴承故障部位做出具体的判断.Under the condition of variable speed,aiming at the problem that the traditional signal processing method can not accurately determine the fault location of motor bearing,the order ratio analysis method of no tachometer is proposed and studied.The speed signal of motor fault bearing is obtained indirectly by short-time Fourier transform and speed tracking.The extraction process of the speed signal is completed and the order ratio analysis is carried out to get the fault diagnosis result of the bearing.The results show that the method can make a specific judgment on the fault part of motor bearing effectively.
