摘  要:产教融合是推进高水平高职院校建设的逻辑起点,产教融合不够深入、校企合作层次浅是高职学校高质量发展的难点和痛点。哈尔滨职业技术学院经过多年人才培养机制改革的实践探索,在“组合创新、多元共享”理念下,以与行业企业共建混合所有制二级学院为产教深度融合切入点,将专业建设、双师队伍、多元化办学、学校治理、标准研制、创新服务和国际交流等领域办学要素重新组合,解决校企协同育人机制不完善、专业产业对接不紧密等问题,形成政行企校研多方协同的混合所有制二级学院建设及运行模式。The industry-education integration is the logical starting point to promote the construction of high-level vocational colleges. The lack of in-depth industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation are the weak points of high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. After many years of practice in the reform of talent training mechanism under the concept of innovation and sharing, Harbin Vocational and Technical College deepened the industry-education integration through co-building mixed-ownership schools with enterprises and combining the college-running elements in such fields as specialty construction, double-qualified team, diversified college running, college governance, standard development, innovative service and international exchange. This has given birth to a new kind of construction and operation mode of mixed-ownership school, which is multi-party cooperation between government, enterprise, college, and research institute, and a solution to the problems of imperfect college-enterprise collaborative education mechanism and poor specialty-industry connection.
