扩招背景下高职院校服务乡村振兴人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：随着高职院校扩招,高职院校的招生门槛进一步降低,生源结构更加多元。培养适应现代农业农村发展所需要的技术技能人才,是乡村振兴对高职院校人才培养提出的新要求。针对高职院校服务乡村振兴人才定位不准、专业设置与乡村产业结构不相适应等问题,高职院校应坚持专业结构和人才培养模式动态调整、科技研发和社会服务两手抓等原则,依托科技、人才、教育等服务乡村振兴。With the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges, the entry threshold is further reduced, and the students source is more diversified. Cultivating technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of modern agricultural and rural development is a new requirement for talent training in higher vocational colleges. In order to solve the problems of inaccurate positioning of talents serving rural revitalization and the incompatibility between specialty setting and rural industrial structure, higher vocational colleges should dynamically adjust the professional structure and talent training mode, pay close attention to scientific research and development and social services, and rely on science and technology, talents, education and other services to revitalize the countryside.
