摘 要:高校《皮肤性病学》图片丰富,可通过看图识病,但仍有部分内容复杂难记,教师教授负担较重。近年来,本教研室尝试将教学、考试、考核中的难点与重点内容,如皮肤生理功能、原发性皮疹、继发性皮疹、系统性红斑狼疮诊断标准、局限性硬皮病分型及寻常型痤疮分型等,利用文学创作中的押韵方法,创作出歌诀,并应用于教学中。本研究对每个歌诀都进行了详细的解释与说明,避免产生歧义。结果显示,歌诀教学方法的创新与应用,活跃了课堂气氛,帮助学生理解与记忆教材中的部分重点、难点与考点知识,获得了学生与教师的好评,也促进了教师的教学能力及文学创作能力的提高。Pictures are rich in the Dermatology and venereology book in Colleges and universities,but some of the contents are complex and difficult to remember,which brings a certain burden to teachers.In recent years,the teaching and research section has tried to integrate the difficult points and key points in teaching,examination and assessment,such as skin physiological function,primary rash,secondary rash,diagnostic criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus,classification of localized scleroderma and classification of acne vulgaris,and so on.The rhyme method in literary creation is used to create a rhyme and apply it to teaching.In this study,each rhyme has been explained in detail to avoid ambiguity.The result showed that the innovation and application of the teaching method of rhyme enlivened the classroom atmosphere,helped students understand and remember some key points,difficulties and examination points in the teaching materials,won praise from students and teachers,and also promoted the improvement of teachers’teaching ability and literary creation ability.
