摘  要:中国古代的学校可分为“大学”和“小学”两个层次,教师分别以经师和塾师为代表。经师基本属于职官系统,塾师则更多属于职业教师。不同时代对塾师群体的认识与管理,体现了为师之道的历史演变。了解不同时代的教师选择标准,以及人们对师德师风的期望与要求,可以为新时代的师德师风建设提供一定的启示。Schools in ancient China can be divided into“primary schools”and“universities”,and their teachers can be called“private teachers”and“Confucian teachers”respectively.“Confucian teachers”are basically part of the bureaucratic system,while private teachers are more professional teachers.The understanding and management of the group of private teachers in various historical times reflects the historical changes of the way of being a teacher in traditional culture.Understanding the selection criteria of teachers in different times,as well as people′s expectations and requirements for teachers′ethics,can provide some inspiration for the construction of teachers′professional ethics in the new era.
