文化互鉴下助力“一带一路”来津高职留学生招生对策研究

摘　　要：招收来华留学生是推动文化互鉴的重要举措,天津市政府多措并举推动来津高职留学生工作开展,提升高职教育国际化水平。目前,天津市吸引来华高职留学生工作走在全国前列,多个合作项目落地,但仍存在着外因影响、政策收紧,渠道雷同、规模受限,结构欠佳、区域不均等问题。针对这些问题应采取发挥政府作用、扩大招生规模,发挥学校作用、优化招生结构,发挥天津职教品牌作用、提升招生质量等措施进一步促进来津高职留学生招生工作发展。Recruiting foreign students in China is an important measure to promote cultural interaction.The Municipal Government of Tianjin has taken many measures to promote the implementation of enrolling foreign students in vocational colleges to improve the internationalization level of education.At present,Tianjin is at the forefront of the country in attracting foreign students to register in vocational colleges,and many cooperation projects have been implemented,Howeve there are still problems such as external influence,tightening policies,similar channels,limited scale,poor structure and regional inequality.To solve these problems,it is supposed to take measures such as giving play to the role of the government,the school and the brand of vocational education in Tianjin,expanding the enrollment scale,optimizing its structure,and improving the quality to further promote the development of the enrollment of foreign students in vocational colleges.
