摘  要:目的在目前“以学生为中心”的教育模式下,探索情景模式模拟门诊教学法在临床医学本科皮肤性病学见习中的效果。方法将2017年5月—2019年7月承德医学院临床医学专业2014级、2015级大四见习学生随机分入对照组和试验组,在皮肤性病学见习课上进行课改探索,对照组在门诊教师指导下学生选择性接诊患者,以教师总结的教学法进行临床见习。试验组以情景模式模拟门诊接诊患者的教学法进行临床见习。以见习后临床识图考试成绩、调查问卷的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果两组临床识图考试成绩比较统计分析差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.761,P<0.05),调查问卷结果比较统计分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模式模拟门诊教学法明显增加了课堂中学生的参与度,提高了学生的学习兴趣,对他们的学习帮助更大,改善了学生对典型皮肤病的临床识图能力。Objective To explore the effect of scene mode simulation outpatient teaching method in the clinical practice of Dermatovenereology under the current“studentcentered”education mode.Methods From May 2017 to July 2019,the senior students of clinical medicine major in Chengde Medical College from class 2014 and class 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group to explore the curriculum reform in the dermatovenereology internship class.The control group received the patients selectively under the guidance of the outpatient teachers,and the teaching method summarized by the teachers was used for clinical internship.In the experimental group,the teaching method of outpatient reception was simulated by the scene mode.The teaching effect was evaluated in the form of scores of clinical map reading test and questionnaire.Results The results of the two groups were statistically significant(Z=-4.761,P<0.05),and the results of the questionnaire were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be concluded that the situation mode simulation outpatient teaching method significantly increased the participation of middle school students in the classroom,increased their interest in learning,helped them more in learning,and improved their ability of clinical mapping for typical skin diseases.
