摘 要:目的探讨“翻转课堂”模式联合点拨教学法在脑血管康复教学中应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年3月重庆医科大学附属大学城医院实习生70名,应用简单随机分组方法,研究组与对照组各35名。对照组采取常规教学模式,研究组采取“翻转课堂”模式联合点拨教学法。统计两组理论考核成绩与实际操作成绩、培训前后岗位胜任力、批判性思维、学习满意度。结果研究组理论考核成绩与实际操作成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后两组知识、技能、特征和品质评分较培训前增高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后两组认知成熟度、分析能力、批判思维自信心、求知欲、系统化能力评分较干预前增高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学习满意度(97.14%)高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血管康复教学中联合应用“翻转课堂”模式及点拨教学法,可有效提升实习生岗位胜任力与批判性思维能力,保证教学效果,且实习生对学习情况满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of“flipped classroom”mode combined with dial-point teaching method in cerebrovascular rehabilitation teaching.Methods 70 interns were selected from January 2020 to March 2021.The study group and control group were 35 in each group.the conventional teaching mode was adopted by the control group,and the“flipped classroom”mode combined with dial-point teaching method was adopted by the research group.The two groups of theoretical evaluation results and practical operation results,post competence before and after training,critical thinking and learning satisfaction were counted.Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the scores of knowledge,skills,characteristics and quality of the two groups were higher than those before training,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the scores of cognitive maturity,analytical ability,critical thinking self-confidence,thirst for knowledge and systematic ability of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning satisfaction of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of“flipped classroom”mode combined with dial-point teaching method in cerebrovascular rehabilitation teaching can effectively improve the post competency and critical thinking ability of interns,ensure the teaching effect,and the interns are highly satisfied with the learning situation.
