摘  要:目的在小儿血液科护理带教工作中应用钉钉网络课堂教学模式,对其应用效果进行对比。方法选择福建医科大学附属协和医院2020年7月—2021年7月50名新入职护理人员为研究对象,分为研究组与对照组各25名护理人员,各给予不同的教学方法,分别为钉钉网络课堂教学模式与常规教学模式,对比不同教学方法的应用效果。结果研究组护理人员的理论知识、心脏电除颤、心电监护仪、经外周置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)维护、输液港(PORT)维护、吸痰、简易呼吸器、信息操作系统考核评分均优于对照组,带教老师对护理人员的总满意度为92.00%,护理人员对带教老师的总满意度为92.00%,各项指标均优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿血液科护理带教工作中应用钉钉网络课堂教学模式,可以提升护理人员的学习效果以及师生之间相互的满意程度。Objective To apply Dingding Internet classroom teaching mode in the nursing teaching work of pediatric hematology department to compare its application effects.Methods 50 newly recruited nursing staff in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the research group and the control group,each with 25 nursing staff.Each group was given a different teaching method,respectively for the DingTalk network classroom teaching mode and conventional teaching mode.The DingTalk network classroom teaching mode was compared with the conventional teaching mode to compare the application effects of different teaching methods.Results The theoretical knowledge of the nursing staff in the research group,cardiac defibrillation,ECG monitor,PICC maintenance,PORT maintenance,sputum suction,simple respirator,information operating system assessment score,and the total satisfaction of the teacher to the nursing staff were 92.00%,the total satisfaction of nurses with teachers was 92.00%,all indicators were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Dingding network classroom teaching mode in pediatric hematology nursing teaching work can improve the learning effect of nursing staff and the mutual satisfaction between teachers and students.
