论教育研究话语的冲突与融通

摘  要:立场不同,角色不同,教育研究话语自然不同。在教育研究的话语世界中,主要存在着由教育行政人员传达的权势话语、专家学者营造的理论话语和一线师生发出的实践话语三类话语系统,三者均是规制、诠释、理解教育事件的独特方式,理当遥相呼应、相得益彰,共促教育研究话语体系的繁荣。时下的教育研究话语内含冲突,外显错位,分别表现在行政导向与学术引领的话语博弈,理论言说与实践表达的话语反差,以及育人诉求与逐利倾向的话语失衡等方面,多方角力呈现出“研究繁荣”而“学术式微”的景象。正本清源,在于“研究教育”对教育研究的挟持,教育话语对教育学话语的置换,行政与学术对教育生活的疏离,教育话题对教育问题的遮蔽。往前看,高质量发展的教育研究尤需回归教育生活本位,秉持专业的话语逻辑,直面深层次的教育发展矛盾。With different positions and roles,discourses of educational research are naturally different.In the discourse world of education research,there are mainly three kinds of discourse systems:the power discourse issued by education administrators,the theoretical discourse created by experts and scholars,and the practical discourse conveyed by front-line teachers and students.The three are unique ways to regulate,interpret,and understand education events,which should echo and complement each other to promote the prosperity of the discourse system of education research.Currently,the discourses of educational research contain conflicts and dislocations,which are respectively reflected in the discourse game between administrative guidance and academic guidance,the discourse contrast between theoretical and practical expression,and the discourse imbalance between the demand of educating people and the tendency of seeking profits,and present a picture of"research prosperity"and"academic decline".The reasons for this phenomenon lie in the hijacking of"research education"to educational research,the replacement of educational discourse to pedagogical discourse,the alienation of administration and academia from educational life,and the shielding of educational issues by educational topics.Looking ahead,high-quality educational research needs to return to the standard of educational life,uphold professional discourse logic,and face the deep-seated contradictions in educational development.
