摘 要:面向新时代,学校要培养创造性劳动者,教师应具备创新教育素养。对1377名中小学教师的调查发现,教师创新教育素养能够显著地预测教学效能感,创新教育素养发展水平越高,教学效能感越强。创新教育素养是新时代教师的核心素养,但整体水平偏低,结构要素发展不平衡。其中,开展创新教育的实践性知识、教学设计能力和价值感体验明显不足。同时,不同群体教师的创新教育素养发展不平衡,小学教师、新手教师、低职称教师、本科学历教师、县域城乡教师、公办学校教师明显处于劣势。为此,应当完善创新教育素养发展体系,以提升教师的教学效能感;补齐发展短板,以促进结构要素均衡发展;抓住发展重点,以提高教师队伍整体水平。Schools should focus on fostering creative workers in the new era,therefore teachers should develop innovation education literacy.Based on the survey of 1377 primary and secondary teachers,it is found that teachers’innovation education literacy can significantly predict teaching efficacy.The higher level of innovation education literacy is,the better the teaching efficacy will be.Innovation education literacy is the key competency of teachers in the new era,but the overall level is low.The development of structural elements of teachers’innovation education literacy is unbalanced,and the practical knowledge,teaching design ability and value experience of innovation education are obviously insufficient.At the same time,the development of different groups of teachers’innovation education literacy is unbalanced:primary school teachers,novice teachers,teachers of lower professional titles,teachers with bachelor degree,urban and rural teachers in a county and teachers in public schools are obviously at a disadvantage.Therefore,we should improve the development system of innovation education literacy so as to improve teachers’teaching efficacy;bolster weak spots of development and promote the balanced development of structural elements;grasp the key points of development and improve the overall level of teachers.
