摘　　要：临床实践是医学生将来开展工作承上启下的一步,并且在纷繁复杂的神经内科知识中传统教学的适用度较低,所以如何高效利用这一时间段为临床工作打下坚固的基础,是带教老师必须解决的问题。笔者结合神经科特点,采用以问题为导向,兼引导学生掉入“陷阱”为过程的陷阱教学法(excavation teaching method,ETM)联合基于病例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的教学模式,取得较好效果,值得大力推广。Clinical practice is the next step for medical students to carry out their work in the future,and the application of traditional teaching in the complex knowledge of neurology is low.How to effectively use this time to lay a solid foundation for clinical work is the problem teachers must solve.The authors combine the characteristics of neurology,adopt the teaching mode of excavation teaching method(ETM)combined with case-based learning(CBL),which is problem-oriented and guides students to fall into the"trap".It has achieved good response and is worth being generalized.
