摘　　要：为解决中小学名优校长培训中缺少理论到实践的转化指导、学员主动性参与不足、忽视同伴资源、参训时间无法保证等问题,基于行动学习对中小学名优校长培训的实践意义,构建了以“问题”“团队”“质疑”“执行”“引导”为要素的中小学名优校长行动学习培训模式,切实发挥培训在中小学名优校长培养中的重要作用。In order to solve the problems in the training of famous and excellent principals in primary and secondary schools, such as the lack of guidance from theory to practice, the lack of active participation of students, the neglect of peer resources, and the inability to guarantee the training time, based on the practical significance of action learning to the training of famous and excellent principals in primary and secondary schools, The model of action learning training for famous and excellent primary and secondary school principals has been constructed with "question", "team", "question", "execution" and "guidance" as the elements, and the important role of training in the cultivation of famous and excellent primary and secondary school principals has been effectively brought into play.
