摘　　要：本文分析了应用型本科院校人才培养现状,并以吉林农业科技学院旭阳学院和吉林农业科技学院吉航(国际)航空产业学院为依托,将OBE理念贯穿于校企协同应用型人才培养全过程,以产出为导向,构建了“534”校企协同育人模式,创建了产业学院机械类人才培养模式和保障体系,以培养更多符合未来制造业发展的高端应用型机械人才。This paper analyzes the current situation of talent training in Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and the difficulties of talent training mode for mechanical majors. Relying on Xuyang College of Ji Lin Agricultural Science and Technology University and JIhang(International) Aviation Industry College of Jilin University of agricultural science and technology, OBE concept runs through the whole process of university enterprise collaborative application-oriented talent training, and constructs the "534" school enterprise collaborative education mode guided by output, We have established the training mode of mechanical talents in the Institute of industry and the guarantee system of the training mode of mechanical talents, in order to cultivate more high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of regional economic and social development.
