摘　　要：传统的大规模、统一化、标准化的教学模式在过去很多年其实发挥了相当重要的作用,一方面它承载了“快速扫盲”的教育工作,另一方面极大地促进了教育资源的快速流动。然而随着教育改革的不断深入,教育方式也需要发生转变,尤其是作为语言类的英语学科,在大学期间的英语学习,需要由传统的规模化教育转变为多样化的分层式教育,从而更好地保证学生英语水平的全面提高。如今在教育已经具备普适性的基础上充分地进行因材施教,根据不同水平学生的实际情况,进行分层教学,设置不同的目标,采取不同的教学方法,已经成为大学英语分层教学的新方式。文章将详细地阐述目前大学英语教学的问题以及进行分层教学的意义,并且给出具体可行的分层教学方案。The traditional large-scale, unified and standardized teaching mode has actually played a very important role in the past years. On the one hand, it has carried the education work of “quick literacy”. On the other hand, it has greatly promoted the rapid flow of educational resources. However, with the deepening of education reform, the way of education also needs to be changed, especially as a language subject, English learning in college needs to be changed from traditional large-scale education to diversified hierarchical education, so as to better ensure the full improvement of students’ English level. Nowadays, on the basis of universal education, in accordance with students’ aptitude, stratified teaching according to the actual situation of students of different levels should be offered, which will set different goals and adopt various teaching methods for students. This paper will elaborate the problems of college English teaching and the significance of hierarchical teaching, and give a concrete and feasible hierarchical teaching plan.
