摘  要:为应对恶劣天气对城市路网造成的不利影响,减轻积水路段车辆通行风险,本文针对恶劣天气和路段积水的影响建立了考虑优先级的节点交通流量分配模型。该模型引入与路段积水程度相关的通行能力折减、优先通行比例等参数,从而实现积水路段车辆快速通行的效果。利用改进的元胞传输模型描述恶劣天气下车辆在路段传输过程中的启动损失效应,进一步构建恶劣天气下城市道路交通网络动态交通仿真框架,以雨天积水场景下的Nguyen-Dupius路网为例,设置多种通行折减系数、优先比例验证模型有效性。仿真结果表明,当路网中有一定数量的路段存在积水时,该模型可以降低各个积水路段的交通量、密度峰值和平均等待时间等,其他路段的交通也可以维持在较为稳定的状态,且运行结果与优先比例关系密切。当路段与积水程度相关的通行折减为0.4,积水路段交通量在优先通行比例为0.3时的下降程度最大(为22.41%),交通平均运行时间和平均等待时间分别减少17.45%、33.03%。研究结果可为改善恶劣天气下城市道路交通管理策略提供依据。In this study,a node traffic assignment model considering the priority level was established to minimize the adverse effects of severe weather on urban road networks and mitigate the risk of vehicular traffic on waterlogged roads.The model introduces parameters such as capacity discount and priority ratio related to the degree of waterlogging on the roads to accelerate traffic flow.The improved cell transmission model describes the start-up loss effect of vehicles during roadway transmission in severe weather.A dynamic traffic simulation framework is constructed for the urban road traffic network.The Nguyen-Dupius road network in a rainwater scenario is used for simulation and analysis,and various parameters such as traffic reduction coefficient and priority ratio are set to validate the model.The simulation results show that the model can decrease the traffic volume,peak density,and average waiting time of each waterlogged road when a specific number of waterlogged roads exist in the network.The traffic of other road sections can also be maintained in a relatively stable state,and the operation results are closely related to the priority ratio.When the capacity discount associated with the degree of waterlogging on the road section is 0.4,the traffic volume on the waterlogged road section decreases the most at a priority pass ratio of 0.3,which is 22.41%.The average traffic running time and average waiting time decreased by 17.45%and 33.03%respectively.This study provides a basis for improving traffic management strategies for urban roads under severe weather.
