摘  要:《环境监理》是环境科学专业本科生的专业必修课程,具有很强的应用特性,对本科生的综合分析能力和知识运用能力均具有较高的要求。建设项目环境监理工程案例是本科生最好的学习素材。案例教学法以学生为主体,以工程实际应用为中心,通过教师引导下的学生集体研究和相互研讨的方式实现学生分析和解决实际建设项目环境监理工程问题的能力的实质提升。教学实践表明,典型工程案例选取是保障案例教学法效果的关键。教师通过精心比选适合的典型案例;做好充足的课前备课;主动引导学生积极参与案例讨论;辩证分析案例的优缺点;鼓励学生提出自己的意见和措施等方式,在师生之间、学生之间的头脑风暴和互相启迪下深化对不同类型环境监理工程问题的理解深度和广度,达成教学质量和效果的双提升。案例教学法的运用,不仅缩短了大学课堂与社会生产实践间的距离,而且拉近了教师与学生之间,学生与学生之间的距离,是一种促进本科生高效学习的好方法。“Environmental Supervision” is a professional compulsory course for undergraduates majoring in environmental science. It has strong application characteristics and has high requirements for undergraduates’ comprehensive analysis ability and knowledge application ability. Environmental supervision engineering cases of construction projects are the best learning materials for undergraduates. The case teaching method takes students as the main body and the practical application of engineering as the center. Through the collective research and mutual discussion of students under the guidance of teachers, the ability of students to analyze and solve the environmental supervision engineering problems of actual construction projects is substantially improved. Teaching practice shows that the selection of typical engineering cases is the key to ensuring the effect of case teaching method. Through careful comparison and selection of suitable typical cases;making adequate preparations before class;taking the initiative to guide students to actively participate in case discussions;dialectically analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of cases;encouraging students to put forward their own opinions and measures, etc. Through brainstorming and mutual enlightenment among students, the depth and breadth of understanding of different types of environmental supervision engineering problems can be deepened, and the double improvement of teaching quality and effect can be achieved. The application of the case teaching method not only shortens the distance between the university classroom and social production practice, but also narrows the distance between teachers and students, and between students and students. It is a good way to promote the efficient learning of undergraduates.
