摘　　要：对于癫痫患者能否驾驶机动车,各国法规有所不同。发达国家规定患者如果在一定时间内无癫痫发作,可以继续驾驶。我国则禁止癫痫患者申请驾照和驾驶机动车。尽管如此,国内外都存在癫痫患者违规驾驶的情况,危害患者自身和公众安全。本文检索Pubmed和中国知网数据库,纳入发表于2012年1月1日至2021年12月31日,关于癫痫患者驾驶机动车的文献。综述癫痫与驾驶的法律规定,各方对癫痫患者驾驶的认知和态度,癫痫患者违规驾驶的现状等,目的是提高对癫痫患者驾驶机动车问题的重视。Regulations vary from country to country regarding whether patients with epilepsy can drive vehicles.In the developed countries patients can keep driving if they are seizure-free for a certain period of time.China prohibits people with epilepsy from applying for a driver’s license and driving vehicles.Even though with these laws,there are still some epilepsy patients driving illegally at home and abroad,endangering the safety of the patients themselves and the public.In this review,Pubmed and CNKI databases were searched for literature published from January 1,2012 to December 31,2021,on motor vehicle driving in patients with epilepsy.The review focused on the legal regulations on epilepsy and driving,the cognitions and attitudes of all stakeholders to the driving of epilepsy patients,and the current situations of illegal driving of epilepsy patients,etc.The purpose is to promote medical professionals to pay more attention to the problem of driving motor vehicles in patients with epilepsy.
