摘 要:针对某6AT四驱SUV后排在多个挡位存在的车内加速轰鸣问题,采用声压级分析、时频分析、传递路径分析以及频率响应函数分析等方法,明确了该加速轰鸣声是发动机2400 r/min时的激励与传动轴的弯曲模态发生共振引起的。基于动力吸振器设计原理,给出了动力吸振器设计流程并设计了与传动轴相匹配的动力吸振器,通过传动轴应变能仿真验证了该吸振器的有效性。最后,通过实车试验表明,通过增加该动力吸振器,能有效抑制车内轰鸣声,改善加速声品质。Aiming at the multiple gears acceleration booming problem at rear passenger of a 6AT four-wheel drive SUV,the methods of sound pressure level analysis,time-frequency analysis,transfer path analysis and frequency response function analysis are employed.The acceleration booming is found to be caused by the resonance between the engine excitation at 2400 r/min and the bending mode of the transmission shaft.Based on the principle of the dynamic vibration absorber(DVA),the design process of the DVA is given,and a DVA matching with the transmission shaft is designed.The effectiveness of the DVA is verified by the strain energy simulation of the transmission shaft.Finally,the real vehicle experiment shows that the interior booming is effectively suppressed by the installation of the DVA and the quality of acceleration sound is improved.
