生源因素与博士研究生学业表现的差异性研究

摘　　要：博士研究生是国家高层次人才的主要支柱,是国家科技创新、行业发展的重要力量,是国家经济发展不可或缺的人才,其生源背景对学生个人学业表现、学科结构及高等教育事业发展具有重要影响。从课程成绩、发表论文两个方面对个案大学不同学科博士生生源与学业表现进行统计分析发现:学生总体生源对博士研究生学业表现影响显著、理工学科生源对博士研究生课程成绩和发表论文情况均影响显著、人文学科生源对博士研究生发表论文影响不明显。为了提高博士研究生培养质量,建议尊重知识发展规律,重视学科差异;因材施教因势利导,提升科研能力;合理制定培养方案,造就科研人才,更好地促进我国向人才强国、科研强国迈进。Doctoral students are the main pillar of national high-level talents.They are important contributors to national scientific and technological innovation and industrial development,and play an indispensable role in the country’s economic development.This study carries out statistic analysis to explore the relationship between doctoral students’sources and their academic performances under different disciplines based on their courses’scores and published papers-related data in a case university.The empirical results found that different doctoral students’sources have significant impact on their academic performances;science and engineering students’sources have a significant impact on their overall academic performances;the student sources of humanities have no significant effect on the publication of papers.In order to improve the training quality of doctoral students,this study puts forward the following suggestions:respect the law of knowledge development and pay attention to the differences between disciplines;teach students according to their aptitude and make the best use of the situation to improve their research capabilities;formulate reasonable training programs to cultivate scientific research talents to preferably promote China moving towards a power of talents and technology.
