摘　　要：本文以中国特色外交理念话语体系为文本依托,从文本翻译策略入手,分析部分外国媒体或西方国家对中国政策与时事的曲解原因与文本“误读”翻译,从传播学结合翻译策略构成的翻译传播路径探讨中国外交新理念话语构建的实施方式。传播学的奠基人之一拉斯韦尔在其著作当中提出5W模式。5W模式是传播学的一种重要理论,文章主要以传播学的5W模式为切入点,结合其基本要素当中的传播主体、传播内容以及传播对象,对翻译策略和方法的选择进行了分析,从中获取了一些翻译实践的经验,以期今后在对外传播中国声音方面取得最佳效果。This paper takes the diplomatic discourse system with Chinese characteristics as its basis,and analyzes the reasons for the misinterpretation of Chinese policies and current affairs by some foreign media or western countries through empirical studies.It discusses the implementation of the construction of a new concept of Chinese diplomatic discourse from a“translation-communication”path.Lasswell(1902-1978),one of the founders of communication,put forward the 5W model in his works.Based on this 5W model,this paper analyzes the translation strategies and methods in the aspects of communication subject,the content and the object in order to obtain some experience in translation,and hopefully to better communicate to the West in the future.
