摘　　要：本文通过对《建筑设备与安装》课程教学现状分析,认为当前本科教材大多数不太适合我校工程管理和工程造价专业人才培养目标及要求,课程的实践教学不足。基于以上问题,本文通过长期的教学摸索、反思,并借鉴兄弟院校的经验,针对性地进行了《建筑设备与安装》课程的教学改革和探索,建立了建筑设备认知实习、建筑设备系统参观实习、建筑设备施工图识图实训三个层次的实训体系,保证课程的教学质量,确保人才培养目标得以实现。Based on the analysis of the current teaching situation of the course“Building Equipment and Installation”,this paper believes that the current undergraduate textbooks are not suitable for the training requirements of majors in engineering management and engineering cost in our school due to the lack of practical teaching.This paper puts forward measures to improve the teaching methods and its effect,and attempts to provide the referential suggestions for the peers.
