摘 要:培养高素质技术技能人才是高等职业教育的责任担当,也是其发展的内在动力。产教融合、校企合作是当前高职院校创新人才培养的重要途径,是增强职业教育吸引力和适应性的关键所在。通过校企深度融合共建订单班、产品开发工作室和实训室,实现了培养过程中专业与产业对接、课程与岗位对接、理论与实践对接、实习与生产对接、完成了通用型人才、创新型人才和专向型人才的分类培养。建立“一班二室三型”多路径育人模式,对高职电子信息类人才培养、专业建设均具有重要意义。The cultivation of high-quality technical talents is not only the responsibility of higher vocational education but also the internal driving force of its development.Industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are important ways to cultivate innovative talents in higher vocational colleges and the key to enhance the attraction and adaptability of vocational education.Through the in-depth integration of schools and enterprises to jointly build order form classes,product development studios and training rooms,we can realize the connection between specialty and industry,between curriculum and post,between theory and practice,and between practice and production in the process of talent training,complete the classified training of universal,innovative,and specialized talents.The establishment of"one class,two rooms and three types"multi-path education mode is of great significance to the cultivation of electronic information talents and professional construction in higher vocational colleges.
