摘　　要：从植物油脱臭馏出物中天然活性物质的性质、前处理方法、仪器方法等方面,系统阐述了国内外最新研究与应用,以期为后续研究提供理论依据。The latest research and application at home and abroad were systematically summarized from the aspects of the properties of natural active substances in vegetable oil deodorizer distillate,pre-treatment method and instrument method,in order to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent research.
